yea and most people who fight worth a shit do, it is and always has been a must for drugs in major pvp setups...I dont give a shit what anyone says about resists, I say speed trumps resists, and is paramount in having a succesful pvp character, especially with most of the weapons ingame, no matter how good of resists u have there are some guns that cant tell the difference between 45% resists and 65% the only thing that helps is to be able to run fast enough to fuck up the persons aim who is shooting you. thats not my exact tank setup up there, but its damn close, im pretty sure my ath is higher and resists are gimper, and have since specced some tc to use CS with redflash....but whatever you choose in your nc life as far as a setup drugs will always play an important role |

I've never really had a problem with speed, it doesn't make a huge difference to how hard someone is to hit, it's all about timing.

A general observation from playing the game for as long as I have.
My skills these days are virtually non-existent, I'm not a fan of P2 and phoenix/exl aren't really around for me to join for OP fights. And the only chars I PvP on are DJ and my sniper spy/hacker, DJ hack.
